This trainer feature allows you to give these shouts whenever you need them whether or not you've absorbed a dragon soul. Instant ShoutĪs a Dragonborn (a mortal born with the soul and power of a dragon), you're able to absorb dragon souls and give mighty shouts that defeat them. The trainer ensures you have unlimited stamina, so this never bothers you. That means when depleted, you become unable to sprint, perform power attacks, and can be easily struck by frost-based attacks. Your stamina determines your effectiveness in combat. However, with this trainer feature, you never need to worry about your player character’s health.
Once terribly depleted, your annihilation is next. Your player character has three main attributes in the game, health, stamina, and Magicka.
